DS-230 and Packet 3

Hi Everyone - I'm in process of preparing the document packet for DS-230 form for NVC submission. I'll be sending all the original documents as requested aside from Passport Clearance Certificate (I have been unable to obtain one due to delays at local passport office). My questions as follows:

1. Will I be required to submit documents again for Packet 3 when my case is completed at NVC?

2. Has anyone not sent their police clearance certificate to NVC? Did it generate RFC or where you asked to submit it at local embassy later?

3. What other documents needs to be submitted to local embassy if all original documents are submitted to NVC?

We have the same questions.I am preparing for that too..Im confused if they need NBI clearance for packet DS230.cause will send all my documents to my hubby by friday..

Yes. NBI clearance is a must.
