hello everyone,

*whew* well, last thursday i finally got a sign of life from uscis.... one piece of paper saying i have to be there and there and bring such and such... and believe it or not, at first i couldn't quite be too happy about it.... ...

i mean after sending in the aos and ead package on J U N E 2 8 !!! all i ever heard from them was one ref concerning the form i-864.... and then there was nothing but silencio... no noas, no nothing... just blank frustrating silence...

and now i've got the interview on wednesday, yeah, the coming one.... and i am really wondering... because if i check out other timelines, it all seems to run so smooth and organized... and most of all so different...

and i'm just..... frustrated and worried and afraid and most of all nervous... i just don't see what's going on... and....

does anybody of you have any ideas.... it doesn't seem to be the normal way ... anybody experienced something like that ??????

any advice would be highly highly appretiated....

Have you been checking your case status online?

You seem to have gone through the system pretty smoothly, considering you got an RFE.

FYI - the only thing I heard from USCIS before I got my interview letter was the biometrics appointment. No "touches" or anything.

thanks dr_lha...

unfortunatly i can't check my status online from home.... but once in a while i get a mail from uscis. the last one telling me, that the letter they tried to send came back to them undelieverable....

see, that's just what i mean... i never got a biometrics.... besides i always thought the ead is quicker than the aos... it's really getting old being at home... i want to work sooooooo bad....

but thanks for your reply....

take care

khool, I doubt they'd get an Infopass before the AOS interview.

goofy23, I think you'll be fine, but what will most likely happen is that they will interview you, and then say "well you need to get biometrics take before we can approve, so go to desk X and arrange an appointment".
