hello every one i'm new here... i recently paid the AOS fee and i need to know if i should mail AOS to NVC without being asked to, or wait until they ask for it

and could it be filed via e-mail ?

After paying AOS fee, NVC should generate a Cover Letter & email to you or you may log in to NVC site after 3/4 days to print the Cover sheet. Once you have that coversheet you can send your AOS Package along with AOS Coversheet at top of your AOS Package to the address written on that coversheet.

You don't need to wait for NVC requesting you to send the AOS package. Thats how we did it.
