Hi everyone,

I have sent my I129F three months ago and soon it will be 3 months since NOA1 too. While waiting patiently I am wondering if any of you have a similar situation. My I-129F has one and only one touch date 07/10/2006. That's right, it was more than 2 months ago and nothing after that. Is this normal? Or have they lost my application? Have any of you got your K3 approved with a long silence like this?

Calling USCIS doesn't help either. The friendly lady tells me, "we have received you application on blah blah and that's the latest status we have for your file". Any ideas, anybody?

Thanks a lot in advance.

Regards,

CSC can take up to 6 months or more to process the case, did you use the newer I-129F form with the IMBRA questions? The one with the marriage broker questions? If not I would suspect you should have at least got an RFE for that by now.

If you look at the USCIS site they show that they are looking at cases dated on or around March 8, which is just their way of stating give us 6 months before contacting us.

You may want to update your profile with info like filed for, service center, local office... Helps a little when reading posts when that info is below your name.

Hi YuAndDan & angelic,

Thank you for your replies. angelic, I see in your timeline you have your I-130 approved. Congratulations. Did you see much online activitiy (i.e. touch update) for your I-130 before approval?

Thanks,

i have the same experience has you my last touch was exactly the same day 07/10/06, i don't think there is any problem, let see what happens after the three months period.
