IF your female dog is not fixed but 90% of the male dogs are.... it will still get knocked up.... as long as there is even the smallest percentage of male dogs -not snipped.

In fact it's really a waste of money to get male dogs snipped if you are concerned about your neighbors dog getting knocked up.

Unless you have an exact controlled environment where you can be certain every male is sterile..... it's wasting time and effort to focus on the male dog.

A similar situation would be: to not be vaccinated in the hope that all others will be responsible in not spreading their germs.

Not personally, no. I do my best to avoid being a part of it.

No sperm, no birth.

Sterilized female, no birth. Males play zero part in that equation.

while true, a pregnancy is 99% a woman's responsibility, as it greatly effects her life the most and a man has no say if she does get pregnant about the status of the child.

The great hypocrisy of our society renders a man incapable of deciding the outcome of a pregnancy yet legally obligated to pay for child.

If the law has income requirements to collect welfare,then why isn't there income requirements for having a kid?

Licensing of parents and then a "kid stamp" for each authorized birth is the way it should be done in a properly authoritarian state.

Right now, we simply cut out the middle man and "license" everyone while simultaneously incentivizing as many stamps as possible. We can't control how many kids pop out, but we can encourage more, thereby perpetuating the downward spiral.

Condoms are not 100 percent effective, yet people still use them.

Fixing 90 percent of the male dogs (aka "men") would definitely help.
