Hello everyone:

We filed AOS package in 8/2011. We received NOA for I-130, I-485, I-797 and I-131.

My status-USC. My wife status: F1 visa, she is on OPT now. We live together in California.

My wife is considering move to another state to find employment opportunities.

a. I would like to know what if we live at different address, will this rise a red flag for the interview?

b. If she reside in another state and start working, Shall We file change of address (form AR-11) or we should continue same address that we used on I-485 form?

Please give us some suggestion and share your insights. Thanks!

Jeff

She can move, and yes, she will need to file AR-11 when she does.

It will raise a red flag, but it can be overcome. Search for "AOS while living apart" and you will find some other people in the same situation.
