I don't know but I somehow find some innuendo in this statement ;)

Jokes apart, I think the K1 process is simple enough [edit: most of the time]. You get K1, You arrive in the US, you get married, you file AOS.

So I'm not sure what sort of exhaustion you're talking of but if its due to prepare for your wedding/etc, then I think its normal for one to go through their fair share of "exhaustion" in making wedding preparations.

You cannot really do anything substantial until you have you EAD, which can only be obtained after or at the time of our AOS filing.

Did I miss something here?

Dead people cannot adjust status.

If you have a legitimate marriage you will get approved for AOS.

here is some more for you...

If an American woman sleeps in a forest and there are no men around...would she still have a headache? You'll be fine, I married a Ukrainian and the best she could do was to give me a heart attack and quad bypass surgery

If you have never experienced women from the Former Soviet Union then you couldn't understand that it was worth it. :D

Then I suggest you remain in blissful ignorance forever after. :P But you needn't worry about being killed.

Maybe she's got a very long honey-do list for you. ;)

If not, it could be a VERY pleasurable way to die. Look on the bright side. LOL
