Sorry for this post. I could not find other people's post with a list. Maybe Moderator can help by doing a composite of documents one could bring and sticky the thread so we don't get too many of these kind of threads?

1. Copy of AOS package

2. Beneficiary: Wife (Canadian): Original - Birth certificate, passport, driver license, SS card, EAD

3. Petitioner: Me: Original - USC certificate, passport, driver license, SS card

4. Marriage Certificate

5. Citibank Statement

6. Chase Statement

7. Gas Bill

8. ConEdison Bill

9. Amex statement

10. Citibank Visa statement

11. health insurance card

12. Joint Tax form 2010

13. Car insurance policy

14. Guest signature book @wedding

15. Chinese ceremony pictures

16. Hindu wedding pictures

17. Other pictures being together

The above is pretty much all I have. Just a few questions...

1. Would I need to bring in my pay stub? or my work agreement contract? $$ is not an issue as I make more than enough to support the two of us.

2. Would I need to get letters again from people around state our bonafide marriage?

3. I have submitted the original medical workup with the AOS package, would I need to provide another one?

4. Our lease agreement and rent stub is only in my name. Would that be a problem?

Our interview is coming up so want to prepare early, please comment.

Thank you!

Thank you!

1. Bring your work agreement and if you have pay stubs that wouldn't hurt either.

2. Yes, maybe a neighbor affidavit would help as your lease is only in your name as you indicated.

3. NO

4. No, but make sure you have proofs that you guys share the same address as driver license copies, affidavit from neighbor...

Good luck!Nonetheless, your list looks good. Don't overthink it.
