we are just new here and by the way, we don't know exactly what to ask first but maybe i would like to be direct and need your help any information that will help us what really exactly the right thing we should do.

:help:

first, we would like to know, if is it possible to include other files that has scanned and submit it to the USCIS?

like : the the fiance letter of intent, and the g-325a biographic information with the signatured, we did scanned those and if possoble will be submitted soon, if it's okay?

or they might be rejected it if it's not really the original?

that's it for now, we are looking forward to your helpful information as soon as possible...

thank you and good wishes!

They MUST be original. Read part 5B of the instructions for I-129f closely:

5B: Provide original statements from you and your fiancé whom you plan to marry within 90 days of his or her admission, and copies of any evidence you wish to submit to establish your mutual intent; and…

Also read part 9 copies:

Copies: Unless specifically required that an original document be filed with the application or petition, and ordinary legible photocopy may be submitted. Original documents submitted when not required will remain a part of the record, even if the submission was not required

They ask for an ORIGINAL statement. Not a copy.

You also need an ORIGINAL G-325A from your fiancé.

And a passport style photo

Hope I could help. Let me know if there is anything else you need help with.

Goodluck!

:)

the other members post should be very helpful to start with, the only other advice I can give, is to start saving documents like Skype conversations, phone bills, boarding passes and hotel reservations from when you saw each other, remember must have been within two years.

You may never need the stuff, but have it ready !!

It is easier then you think, just stay organized. And double check everything you send. I screwed up and forgot to send the back of my divorce, and it slowed us down 30 days.

You will need pay stubs, letter from your job etc.. They are more concerned that you can support your spouse when he/she gets here. Philipines is not on a "watch list" of scam marriages from what I see, you should have no problems.

Magadang Umanga, if I spelled it right.

Mike
