Hi Folks,

I still have some on-going business with some banks back home, and I occasionally need to send them letters. Back home whenever I sent to the bank I always used recorded or special delivery so I could prove it got there.

The only way I've found to do this here is to send the letter first class ($1.70) plus registered ($7.90) plus return receipt ($1.85). And the receipts don't always come back!

Does anyone know of a better way? All I can think of is Fedex/UPS but even then their rates start at about $45 even for just a simple letter! There must be another way!!

Adam.

Wow that is expensive! I always think Global Priority Mail is pretty good, but then again I have no clue if it is registered. The fastest an envelope has got there has been 3 days. The slowest has been 6 days. It costs 5.25 for the small envelope.
