i want to send some cosmetics like nail polish, face powder ,mascara, perfumes overseas ............. can i send it through USPS?

in the past i have sent perfume but i didn't mention on the form so it was delivered without any problem.........

any suggestion what should i do?

Also i want to send a cell phone

Your destination country may affect how you send the items, especially the cell phone. Where to?

This link is for UPS Freight, which is the truck division, not the small package division. She doesn't want to send a pallet of nail polish or cell phones. Lol
