Just to add to what I wrote before. You want to state when, and where you met within the two years. How you traveled, where you stayed, and for how long. This is what to include in the letter of explanation on meetng within the two year period. I added a statement (one sentence) on how we first met, and a sentence stating when I proposed. Sometimes I think they RFE for more information, it's been guessed that they were looking for a statement of those two things. The body of the letter should contain the when, where, and how you met within the two year period. You evidence is to back up the statement.

I think this is pretty much covered by the statement my other half wrote, he wrote a short piece basically covering the evidence we do have. Where we could we included pictures showing us with other people and the names of those people as well as other evidence we were in those places. He did include the two points you mention thankfully :)

Just be sure that that statement also comes from you. As the USC petitioner, you are the one filling, not your fiancee. I had David (my SO / USC beneficiary :D ) sign and date every page that was not a government form.

Jul 5 - Receipt date for I-130 petition for my over 21 brother and his wife (both in the UK)

2024

Feb 23 - Sent USCIS a message asking for a processing update

May 6 - Received an email response saying things were progressing normally but that waiting times might be longer

Feb 25, 26 & 28 - got emails saying that the cases had been transferred to another office, then to my local office, and then just transferred and are being processed

Mar 17 - got email, attached to one case number only, saying that my A number was changed relating to the I-130 filing

Mar 20 - N-400 receipt date for my father
2021
Apr 21 - Biometrics appt.

May 2 - Interview

Hi Mo, actually Richard is the USC and I'm the beneficiary so it's him who will sign most stuff, I'll just be pencilling in a lot of X's to mark the spots.

We also added phonebillrecords and e-mails, cards sent through post. We never had an RFE so, by doing that you should be fine.
