Embassy on vacation??

Hey guys.... You might have experience with this... I know we're in August and this month is pretty special in Europe 'cause in many countries (like Spain) everybody's on holidays...

My question is related to package 3. I'm a K1 beneficiary and from DHL website, our Consulate here receive our package on 5th August. It's 19th August and I haven't gotten anything from them... Is this normal? Could they be on holidays as others Spanish Administrations? I'm freaking out now 'cause the average time to get it is usually one week or less.

Have you tried contacting them by phone or email?

My Immigration Journey:

K1: June 2010 - December 2010

AOS: April 2011 - June 2011

ROC: April 2013 - August 2013

Naturalization: March 2014 - August 2014

Hey,

Phone is useless... They said they cannot give me that information. They don't respond emails 'cause they don't answer information related to visas since May 2010. One of my fellows just got her package today after a week since it arrived to the Embassy. I'm just desperate. Don't know what to do... :(

Have you tried contacting them by phone or email?

I see. You can call DOS at 202-663-1225 and they will be able to tell you when your case was received at the embassy and whether the embassy has logged it and sent packet 3 yet.

My Immigration Journey:

You can try calling DOS with your NVC case number to see if the embassy has logged your case into the system.
