NVC Case # - May 26, 2011

Rec & Pay I864 Bill - June 2, 2011

Rec & Pay IV Bill - June 10/11, 2011

Case Complete - July 12, 2011 NO RFE's

Inverview E-mail - July 30, 2011 (Saturday)

Inverview - September 7, 2011 APPROVED but Blue Slipped need more paperwork

September 19, 2011 - Bring in Paperwork - VISA IN HAND

POE - September 22, 2011 LAX

hi, on I-864 form,

part 3, #8, answer is "I am sponsoring the principal immigrant named in Part 2 above" and " yes"

#9 None

for part 3, #10, should answer be "1" or "0"?
