When Can I have Appointment after response for REF?

I am really worried cuz there is still no change to our visa after we did the response for the REF... would it take too long for me to get an appointment letter and have everything else get approved?I aslo accidentally included I-130 for my AOS application wghich was our former Atty.'s fault. I don't know if am gonna have two interviews.. one for the I-485 and one for the I-130! Thank you very much for the help! I do appreciate it!!
