I have many pics of my husband and me on the computer. Can I print them on A4 size papers or is it necessary to print them on some photo printing paper?

My wife as able to.

It all depends on how busy VFS is that day.

Make sure she stays around until 5 PM so she can go to VFS and see if they have processed her visa. It's the only way to really know if they have finished it or not.

Dave & Kinnari: What's VFS? is that another office building different than the Embassy where one goes for interview?

Yes it is.

VFS is an outsourcing visa company for the US Consulate's in India. Basically they are the middle man between you and the consulate and they are the ones that issue your visa once you get the approval from the U.S. consulate.

They require you to pay a courier fee and submit certain documents 10 days prior to the interview.

I am not sure exactly what VFS requires for Fiancee visas.

My name contain three parts

Say A B C

in my old passport it was like written like

Surname : B C

Given Name : A

but actually it needs to be written like given below. So i changed like this in the new passport.Only last name should go in surname.

Surname : C

Given Name : A B

Will this change be raised in Interview. will it cause any problem.

Dave, first of all Congrats for almost completing this journey...

Then I saw ur wife's POE date Dec16 at Chicago, that's same for my wife as well Dec16 at Chicago. She will be flying through Air India though from Delhi!

She's taking the same flight my friend! She just starts her trip from Ahmadabad though.

My Dad and bhabi (Sis-in-law) just went to India last week...we just bought a ticket for her and matched it up with theirs. All 3 of them will travel together and she will not have a cross world trip by herself.

Also i need to mention, my passport is cancelled couple of times due to printing error and spouse name addition.

do i need to show any proof why my passport is cancelled many times (thrice) during this one year.

Are CO's very much concerned about old passports?

do we get any letter from passport office showing why my passports are cancelled many times a year?

Gov of india is issuing new passport for every change or correction. thats y it happened.

kindly reply. also do you know anyone who went through similar situation
