When my wife said she submitted 5 x 5 and even I am surprised when she said that. I believe it is Cms and I will find out tonight when I call my wife. To be safe side I would stick with USCIS/NVC standards.

Thanks Ganesh86. We sent an email request to Dr. Songa to move our appointment date from 10/07 to either 10/04 or 10/05. Since we are not planning to submit the medical report at VFS, we are still fine with the current appointment.

Submitted Visa Courier fees today at VFS Hyderabad. Went smooth! They only checked interview letter and original passport, that's it. Did not submit any documents.

Medical for wife completed in Delhi. It took almost 7 days to get the report.

we are planning to visit VFS on Tuesday 10/11 for submitting courier fees and any other documents they need. She will be taking all the paper work including proof of relationship and medical reports just in case they accept it.

My interview is scheduled for 10/17 and I am going to accompanying my wife to the interview ( at New delhi embassy they let you come in if you are USC with valid passport).

I guess to be on the safer side it is always good to carry as many proof as possible.Also if you have a lot of proof it will give you a lot of confidence

We too submitted just the courier fee at VFS Hyderabad and nothing else (they didn't even asked for copies of passport and interview letter - just checked the passport & interview letter and gave receipt) - taking the medical report to interview.

Going to interview with your wife is the best proof of continuing relationship - make sure that your wife mentions that you are out side. Also let her take boading passes for interview. All the best - you are almost there.

Your list looks good. VFS will not take the additional evidence of continuing relationship.

Does your interview letter ask you to submit DS-230 at VFS - if not, it is not required. Make sure that you submit all required documents at VFS - like PCC and Medical Report (I think only Chennai is allowing Medical to be submitted at interview - it is on their web site). Just the page 4 of your interview letter once again just to be sure that you miss nothing (the code are explained in page 3).
