in july 20 2011 , uscis approved our I130 case

today is 19 august like 1 monh and NVC STILL NO GIVE US case codebar number

we call 2 ime still said wait wait

when i look timetable for all members here

i look between uscis approved and NVC give number no to more ro 10 day

any view plz

There's been a backlog with NVC for the past few months where instead of taking a week to get a case number, it's now been taking more than a month.

All I can suggest is to call an operator every day until you get your case number.

Be patient. It is taking around 30 - 45 days now due to backlog at NVC. Take this time and work on getting your AOS (I-864) and IV (DS-230) packets ready.

Thats correct.

It took me 41 days to get my case number.
