I was interviewed last month & approved but only a week later informed of the admin processing & then ADDITONAL admin processing. As we know there is no time frame for the decision, does my spouse needs to keep her domicile in the US until I reach the US or since the interview is already done, it is alright for her to come & live with me, abandoning her US domicile.

Why should your US spouse abandon her US domicile - Is she a permanent resident or a citizen! May be I didn't understand your question well.

She can come visit you, if that is what you are asking.

If she stays with you a long time, she may have difficulty with the affidavit of support.

Ok, I know what a domicile is. She is living in the US since after filing the i130 petition. Until now, she is still there, while I've gone through the interview process. I'm waiting for the AP to finish, which God knows how long will take. My question was if she can come to live with me, waiting for the AP to finish, or would it jeopardize the whole process if she does that. Would it mean she is abandoning her domicile, and if yes, would abandoning the domicile at this particular stage would cause problem to the whole process.

My apologies for not being very clear initially.

BTW, she is a citizen.

Ok, you still didn't answer whether your spouse is a citizen or a permanent resident. If citizen, then no issues at all. If permanent resident, it depends.
