Dredging up my poorly remembered high school French, the OPs main questions seems to be:

OP has received Packet3 from the Paris embassy with forms DS2001 and DS230 (Part1). OP has completed these forms and returned these completed forms to the Paris embassy along with all the other clearly required information. However, the OP is a little lost/confused because OP did not receive specific instructions about the forms DS-156 and DS-157. So the OP is asking are forms DS-156 and DS-157 to be returned to the embassy along with DS2001 and DS230 at this time or is the applicant rather supposed to just bring forms DS-156 and DS-157 on the day of the interview?

Perhaps someone who knows French well and/or the specific requirements of the Paris embassy can chime in here.
