I am wondering if there are any other 2010 filers that waited over 9 months for their NOA2 that got out of the black hole and moved on. And I was hoping any other 2010 filers still waiting would let me know their story.

BUMP. I second the wondering/hoping!

2009/06/19 - 1st NOA 1 (I-129F)

2009/10/07 - NOA 2

2010/01/11 - interview; result - approved

2010/01/18 - received passport with visa in the mail

2010/02/05 - embassy calls and asked to return visa for a "correction"

2010/02/09 - fiance returns passport with visa to embassy

2010/03/09 - embassy tells us we are in "administrative review"

2010/09/07 - fiance receives passport back with canceled visa and letter; our petition has been returned to USCIS

2010/11/08 - 2nd NOA 1 (I-129F ROUND 2)

2011/04/19 - service request response - 6 months additional extensive background checks

2011/08/22 - 2nd NOA 2

2011/10/04 - interview

2011/10/20 - visa received

2011/11/04 - POE

2011/11/25 - legal marriage

2012/07/21 - wedding with family and friends!!

I keep researching and I am not find others that have waited this long and got their NOA2.

there are some people waiting longer then us, but it's only where Adam Walsh Act applies, as far as I can tell... I cannot imagine what it feels like to go 2 years waiting for NOA2!!

Seeing some of these people who have had prior troubles in their life still get approved gives me hope that we will be approved since neither of us have had any criminal records.

You can call USCIS Customer Service Office at 1-800-375-5283 and let them know that your application is out of standard processing time. Thats what we did when our application for my daughter was 6 months over we called the customer service and the service representative put our call in a service request after a week we got the approval!

10/18/10 - I-130 Sent

10/21/2010 - NOA1 priority date

10/25/2010 - NOA1 date

11/05/2010 - Touched

11/10/2010 - NOA1 rcvd hard copy by mail

05/06/2011 - APPROVED(197 days fr NOA1) Praise God!

05/11/2011 - NOA2 recvd by mail

NVC(56 days)

05/17/2011 - assign case number

05/19/2011 - aos bill, IV bill recvd by lawyer

05/20/2011 - bill pay AOS and IV fee

5/23/2011 - AOS and IV fee shown paid

5/26/2011 - AOS and IV complete packet mail to lawyer

5/27/2011 - AOS & IV packet lawyer recvd

6/02/2011 - lawyer sent packet to NVC (all the requirement)

6/06/2011 - NVC. Received the packet

6/17/2011 - Case completed

6/28/2011 - NVC Given interview date

7/11/11 - interview appoinment letter recvd original copy by mail

7/12/11 - NVC forward to US Embassy Manila

7/18 - 19 & 22 / 2011 - Advance medical exam. PASSED (Thank you Lord)

8/5/2011 - Interview @ US Embassy Manila 6:30am APPROVED (Praise the Lord)(82 days)

8/11/2011 - Passport w/ Visa received (87 days)

8/12/2011 - CFO Seminar

8/26/2011 - Port of entry SFO

I do not know how helpful or accurate Igor's list is but I found 2 people waiting VERMONT from November 2010 but only one with an active profile...and in California I found 13 waiting with 7 unable to accesss their profiles. This is for CR1 applications.

Then for K3 applications I found one application from Vermont and 3 from california but only 2 are active.

From Texas there are NO K3 waitings that are active

From Texas there are 3 but only 2 active and not been on for months.

nothing yet. Thanks for the list of profiles, I generally stop considering anyone who hasn't been active within the last month. On K-1s at CSC I am number 22 but none of the other 21 have been on VJ in ages.

Hi Elya, I did not look at fiance visas at all. I just wrote down the the married applications. I hope you get approved soon.
