7/2/2010- sent i-130 form

7/8/2010- i-130 recived and priority date set and got reciept number

2/16/2011- i-130 APPROVED!!

3/3/2011-national visa center sent fee bill and AOS. recived case number

3/25/2011- sent Aos and DS-230

4/11/2011 sent fee bill

now waiting to hear from NVC ...........

8/18/2011- havent gotten any news..........

anyone else in this situation?? is there away to make it go faster??

That is crazy long time. Have you called the NVC? to find out what is going on with your case?

05/07/2010 - Married

06/15/2010 - I-130 Sent to Chicago Lockbox

06/17/2010 - I-130 Packet Delivered, signed for by L. BOX

06/22/2010 - NOA1 issued and mailed

06/24/2010 - Cheque Cashed ($355)

06/25/2010 - Received NOA 1 in mail

06/29/2010 - Touched

06/30/2010 - Touched :)

08/03/2010 - Touched :)

10/07/2010 - Touched :)

01/26/2011 - RFE

02/08/2011 - Sent USCIS our RFE

02/10/2011 - USCIS Received the RFE

03/22/2011 - NOA2!!!!!!!!

That is crazy long time. Have you called the NVC? to find out what is going on with your case?

i havent since im using a lawyer... i asked him and only said well we can send a proof of pregnancy and due date which is september 26 2011....im not sure if my lawyer is doing all he can...wouldit be a good idea for me to call nvc myself??

Well what petition was this filed? I'm not familiar with all of the forms... But I can gather that this wasn't through marriage or something of the sorts.

Was this a relative petition from a sibling? That could be why it's taking so long. Visas aren't available immediately.

Have you checked your case status online? It could show you where your status is on that...

03/13/2011: Got married! <3
06/06/2011: Mailed packet included I-130, I-485, and I-765.
09/16/2011: Green Card Received!

oo yes i go married in april 2010 and im filing from the usa and my husband is in mexico

I would call nvc, and ask them what is going on. just have you case number ready and all of your spouses information available.
