So we finally got married. Its only been 2 days, but I already started looking at the AOS forms. First of all a thoursand dollars for AOS petition? Please do not get me wrong, but it is too much. Since I have 3 filers (1 - K1 and 2 - K2) the damage to my wallet will be over 2K.

Few questions people that have done this already:

1) Each kid who came using K-2 visa needs to file separate application?

2) Should we apply as a family, ie 3 i-485 forms in one package?

3) Evidence? Again? Evidence of what? Us leaving together? Having bank account together? what else?

4) Videotaped interview? Is it just the wife, or wife + me? What about the kids?
