7/15/11 Sent K1 Petition to Lockbox

8/10/11 STILL NO NOA1!

8/12/11 Called USCIS to get receipt number-NOA1 will be resent

8/16/11 Received NOA1 with date of 7/20/11

1/3/12 NOA2!!!

1/12/12 Got email notice we are through the NVC.

So today waas my interview at the consulate at ciudad juarez it was at 7:15am so i was there by 6:45am the check my documents AND i got everything didnt miss anything then i got in the consulate at 6:

So today waas my interview at the consulate at ciudad juarez it was at 7:15am so i was there by 6:45am the check my documents AND i got everything didnt miss anything then i got in the consulate at 6:50 once inside the took another part of the documents i had wait there untill my number was om the screen again. Finally i saw my number the person who did the interview was pretty young! ill say 25 he asked me about 7 questions took less than 5 mins and the the last words he told me was congratulations your visa its approve with a smile in his face so i smile back and said thank you so much!!!. and walk away then i stopped for a min and i was like did he said approved???????????????????????? haha then kept walking.As soon as i was out of the consulate was 9:17 my mom was waiting for me and i had a sad face then i smile and told her she wanted to cry bc im leaving :( but was happy for me :D. I took my phone and txt my fiance and i said i have bad news :(, he txtd me back saying we didnt get approve? i was like we did but now you gonna have to deal with me every day! :devil: lol. WE both are supper HAPPY!!!!!!!!! :dance: :dance: :dance: :dance: :dance:.I WANNA THANK EVERYBODY HERE WHO ANSWERED MY QUESTIONS! my fiance and i were lost and couldnt have done it without the help of all of you vj´s THNAK YOU SOOO MUCH!!!!!!

03-28-2011 NOA1 received in mail..then transfered to VSC

07-12-2011 NOA2!!! 107 days!(Date on notice letter: 7-12-2011; Recieved hardcopy in mail on: 7-15-2011)

07-29-2011 NVC Received Case

08-02-2011 NVC forwards to US Embassy Nicosia

08-10-2011 Packet 3 Received

08-16-2011 Packet 3 returned

08-17-2011 Medical completed

09-15-2011 Interview

10-18-2011 Case left Nicosia for Lagos. (Our one year engagement anniversary)

06-04-2007 = TSC stamps postal return-receipt for I-129f.

06-11-2007 = NOA1 date (unknown to me).

07-20-2007 = Phoned Immigration Officer; got WAC#; where's NOA1?

09-25-2007 = Touch (first-ever).

09-28-2007 = NOA1, 23 days after their 45-day promise to send it (grrrr).

10-20 & 11-14-2007 = Phoned ImmOffs; "still pending."

12-11-2007 = 180 days; file is "between workstations, may be early Jan."; touches 12/11 & 12/12.

12-18-2007 = Call; file is with Division 9 ofcr. (bckgrnd check); e-prompt to shake it; touch.

12-19-2007 = NOA2 by e-mail & web, dated 12-18-07 (187 days; 201 per VJ); in mail 12/24/07.

01-09-2008 = File from USCIS to NVC, 1-4-08; NVC creates file, 1/15/08; to consulate 1/16/08.

01-23-2008 = Consulate gets file; outdated Packet 4 mailed to fiancee 1/27/08; rec'd 3/3/08.

04-29-2008 = Fiancee's 4-min. consular interview, 8:30 a.m.; much evidence brought but not allowed to be presented (consul: "More proof! Second interview! Bring your fiance!").

05-05-2008 = Infuriating $12 call to non-English-speaking consulate appointment-setter.

05-06-2008 = Better $12 call to English-speaker; "joint" interview date 6/30/08 (my selection).

06-30-2008 = Stokes Interrogations w/Ecuadorian (not USC); "wait 2 weeks; we'll mail her."

07-2008 = Daily calls to DOS: "currently processing"; 8/05 = Phoned consulate, got Section Chief; wrote him.

08-07-08 = E-mail from consulate, promising to issue visa "as soon as we get her passport" (on 8/12, per DHL).

08-27-08 = Phoned consulate (they "couldn't find" our file); visa DHL'd 8/28; in hand 9/1; through POE on 10/9 with NO hassles(!).

Met online in March 2009. Started dating through Skype in September 2009. Met in person on 03/14/2010. After many visits, both ways, Nate proposes to Liz on 8/10/2010.

-AP/EAD combo card processed at Vermont, approved in 86 days. Approved on 3/22/2012; Card Received 3/30/2012

-GC processed at Vermont, approved in 268 days. Approved on 9/20/2012; Card Received on 9/26/2012

09/02/2014: Package Received in Chicago

09/05/2014: Received NOA1 (Extension letter for 1 year)

11/30/2014: Called USCIS, Biometrics appointment not received yet. Appointment letter never delivered to correct address.

12/05/2014: Finally receive Biometrics appointment letter in the mail.

12/30/2014: Biometrics taken in El Paso, Texas ASC

05/08/2015: Approval notice received by email and text

05/10/2015: Approval notice received by mail

thank you everytbody!! they didnt ask me for any proof or my fiance´s W2 not even his brith certificate?????!! maybe bc they asked what did he do for living and i said he was in the army? i dk i didnt relize that untill i was back in the hotel.
