Sign in failed as of 4:00pm today! Yay! Generate those invoices NVC! I'll pay them before you can even blink an eye!

I got my case number on Monday,Till 2day I m unable to do the payment... :(

I just got my NVC Case Number last night through the AVR. :dance: I was going to call the op in the morning to get the IIN and exchange emails. I checked my email in the morning and they sent me the NVC Case #, IIN, Beneficiary #, and the DS-3032 in the email! So excited! :dance: :dance: :dance:

Congratulation! :dance: I know the feeling of having ur case no.finally, for me I wait for 37 days from NOA2 b4 I have my case no. and IIN. And yesterday My husband finally able tp pay the AOS bill Yay Thank God, hoping for a smooth sailing in NVC. :)

I just noticed yotu petition was filed at VSC. I would say most of the others on this thread were filed at CSC.

From what I've read it seems like the VSC has had their files processed faster than the CSC.

Could anyone else comment on that?

On another note, is anyone that has their file from the CSC received August 1st still awaiting their case number from NVC?

I received my case # and IIN late last night.

I apologize that i mingled with the CSC filers. The thread had no specifications as to who is allowed to post other than August 1st NVc. My understanding is that at NVC it does not matter which USCIS office you were approved from...just my understanding

There is no need to be so territorial ...some people are luckier than others but that does not mean that they get far with a crappy attitude

I had no intention to sound condescending or to be territorial. I was just trying to point out the differences of the timelines I've read between the two service centers. I was trying to get input from others who have had their petitions filed to the VSC. Congrats on receiving your NVC case #.

Yes. There is manual step that NVC needs to cary out before you can logon and see the AOS fee bill - enter you case fully into their system. Keep trying and you will be bale to logon before the email comes to you.

01/08/13 - Approved and GC is order for production on 1/8/14

09/12/13 - Case transferred to CSC. NOA2 received on 09/18/13

08/30/13 - Biometrics Done - No walk ins allowed at this LSC (received on 8/16/13).

08/05/13 - NOA1 (received on 08/10/13)

08/01/13 - Mailed I-751 (received on 8/2/13 - check cashed on 8/5/13)

12/28/11 - Received SSN (applied on 12/20/11, as we didn't get based on DS-230 options)
11/28/11 - Received Green Card (Expires on 10/30/13) - Welcome Letter on 11/17/11
10/30/11 - POE - Houston, TX

Chennai Consulate (40 days)
10/28/11 - Received Visa papers and Passport at VFS
10/25/11 - Interview Cleared Successfully (Spouse was not allowed in)

NVC: (90 days from NOA2 to Consulate)
08/31/11 - Case Completed (Interview 10/25/11) - Received at Chennai on 09/19/11
07/22/11 - NVC Case Number

USCIS: (92 days)

i logged in and mine says not invoiced...did you get the same message before you got sign in fail?

I read somewhere here on VJ that when sign in fails happens at the invoice stage it means that they are loading the invoice and you should see your bill soon.I am looking for that thread and I can't find it

when i logged on 22nd Aug & 23rd Aug it was showing the "not invoice". when today i logged in , it was sign in failed..hope they are generating the Inv.........:)

I received my case # and IIN late last night.

We were with VSC for the first step and I'm not personally certain that we have our files processed any quicker. The first time I spoke with an operator she said our file was received at NVC on 8/1 and will be worked on soon. On Monday I tried a operator and she just said it was received recently and was being worked on now, still no case number today though. We are up to 18 business days if the claim that our file was received on 8/1 was actually true.

USCIS: CR-1 Visa @ Vermont Service Center (Approved in 140 days from NOA1)

03/07/11: I-130 package sent to Chicago Lockbox

03/14/11: NOA1 via text and email (03/21/11: in the mail); petition routed to VSC

07/27/11: NOA2 via text and email (07/30/11: received in the mail)

08/01/11: Case received at NVC

09/19/11: Case complete and forwarded to consulate

10/19/11: Interview (APPROVED!!!)

11/18/11: POE

12/12/11: 2- year Green Card arrives in the mail
