According to the immigration officer at our POE Lyn and girls have some post immirgration medical issues that need attention, yet I cant find anything specifically listed in the paperwork.

They need to go to a Civil Surgeon to address them. If it is simply missing vaccines, then they need to get extra shots, but if it is TB follow-up, they may need to seek treatment here. You have no information about what happened in their medical exam or what type of further treatment they need?

AOS for my husband
8/17/10: INTERVIEW DAY (day 123) APPROVED!!

ROC:
5/23/12: Sent out package
2/06/13: APPROVED!

The civil surgeon is probably not the right place to go. They're just examining you. Back when I adjusted status i got my vaccines and TB diagnosis/treatment from the county health dept. (This was El Paso county in Colorado). First place to start is with what the civil surgeon overseas found and the POE person pointed out.

The kids will need more shots in my case, some of them cost 200 pounds in the UK but only $10 in the US. In fact all the shots in the UK would cost 3,600 pounds for three people. Makes sense to get them here. If you were coming on an I-130 you may not have that window.
