Does my husband needs to include our son as his household member... My son & I still lives here in the Philippines. And my hubby doesn't include us yet to his tax as dependents... Thanks friends...

He'll provide an affidavit of support for each of you. When properly completed you will each be counted as part of his household calculation. I suggest your husband study the I-864 instructions and learn how to properly complete the affidavits of support. The instructions are excellent but best understood by those with excellent English language skills.

Is your question related to filing I-864 or....

If yes, then was your son born while your husband was a US citizen.....

Please be specific about what you want and someone will then be able to help you.

Then there will be just the one I-864 and yes, your husband will list his son as a dependent on that form whether his name appears on any tax returns or not.
