america is in trillions of dollar debt. the number one killer of america is heart disease. i live in oklahoma and born in oklahoma. someone insulted my fiance from philippines about vaccines for diseases that is not even the top killer in america. we should focus on our overweight, and debt country more than commenting on visa website. the truth hurts but its the sad reality that i live everyday in america.

we know the philippines is a poor country and we know that there are many people who wants to live in america from philippines. it doesnt mean we dont love america, and it doesnt mean we dont love philippines. its just that we are not blind to the facts

YES we are in debt. How about we start with the Philippines giving BACK the money we GAVE to them then?

For health stats go here: http://www.nationmaster.com/compare/Philippines/United-States/Health

You will not see any reason to get health care in the Philippines over the US.

But I see that you want to address heart disease? Okay, let's GO FOR IT!

In the USA the death rate by heart disease is 85 per 100,000, ranking 135th worst worldwide out of 192 countries.

In the Philippines the death rate by heart disease is 121.63 per 100,000 ranking 79th worst worldwide out of 192 countries.

So as far as heart disease, the US is healthier with another 56 countries better off than the Philippines but worse than the US. Verified at:

http://www.worldlifeexpectancy.com/cause-of-death/coronary-heart-disease/by-country/

The real "sad reality" is that the USA is better off in the heart disease category that many countries to include the Philippines, and you do not even know it.

In America, at least in my state, children can easily avoid one or all vaccinations required for school if the parents complete a religious exemption waiver. There is no need to give details and they do not judge your reasons. So it is fine to disagree even if the leaders of your religion do not. People have different ways of analysing the cost-benefit of vaccines when it comes to population disease control, but please appreciate that it is certainly possible that at least one of the vaccines recommended in the US may not actually be necessary in your area.

However...when it comes to immigration...that is not how it works. 99.999999% of the time you just have to suck it up, or find a way to live in the other country. Or spend the money on the waiver, which in 99.999999% of cases will be denied. It's totally up to you. Depending on your objection, you may be able to have the vaccines: for example, I believe some brands of some vaccines are made with cells derived from animal tissue not human.

Personally, at the time I was totally annoyed about having to get the HPV, but I did it. Nowadays if applying I would try to time it so I could avoid the flu vaccine. Their rationale for requiring some of these vaccines for immigration does not make sense. For example, I could visit the US every week carrying flu as a tourist, and yet suddenly when I immigrate they want me to have the flu vaccine? Which is, remember, an annual vaccine.

But anyhow, it is at the AOS stage that you will have to either vaccinate or file a waiver. So decide now what you are going to do.

No one insulted your fiancee. People were trying to help. If you decide to bring mail order bride from a thrird world country here this is your business as long as you and she complies with the requirement of THIS country. The bottom line is that you will have a HUGE problem either at the embassy or at the AOS stage.

What "HUGE" problem at the embassy stage? K visa applicants are not required to have vaccinations. They are encouraged to do so but not required. She already said that she will get it before sending her AOS.K visa applicants who refuse to comply with vaccination requirements will not be denied a visa because of that.

If that vaccination is so important then the USCIS itself will require(for K visa applicants) it they are not that stupid. She will AOS eventually and get the proper vaccinations which she is seem to be planning to do and even if she files a waiver during the AOS period that is nobody's problem/business but hers she was just asking if she will be denied a visa when she had that waived.

Why is everybody so worried about one person who just decided to have her vaccinations waived when there are 12 million illegal aliens whom the medical/vaccination histories are questionable.

If she just did not do vaccination this would be OK. She could do vaccination here in US. However, she STATED THAT SHE WILL NOT DO IT FOR RELIGIOUS REASONS. This is a HUGE difference. She basically stated that she will NEVER do it.

I think it is because she tried to justify her decision by saying how screwed up America is with debt and heart disease. She didn't even know that the Philippines has a higher heart disease rate than America and the Philippines gets buckets of money from America. It's sheer ignorance and arrogance, and we wonder why such a person wants to live here.

Agreed! I think she and her US fiance should both go live in Phillippines.

Basically, since she stated this: She really is not planning to be vaccinated for religious reasons. They will ask what religion does not allow you to get vaccinated, how you practice religion, etc. They will find out that she lied and will ban her for life. When you decide not to do it in your home country you come here and they make you do it. If you state from the beginning that you are not even planning on doing vaccination this is a different story. This means that she is not adjustable here and thus inadmissible. This is a difference... This is especially true for countries like Philipines which still have middle age derived diseases... For example, even Russia which is ages ahead of most of the 3rd world countries, have 30% abundance of Hepatits C because it was not diagnosed and treated before 1990's.

I agree with your assessment on vaccines. Basically, it's injecting a life-threatening illness into a healthy body, hoping the body will create antibodies to fight it. Most often it works, sometimes it doesn't and the patient gets very ill and, on occasion, dies. I therefore refuse any vaccines unless there's a need for it. If I'm surrounded by people who die of the black pest, I'd get a vaccination. Until then, I won't.

For that very reason I looked into refusing the required vaccinations. I learned that it is possible to do that, but involves not only money but would have slowed my own petition down by about a year. In my situation, that was not a viable option. I wanted to get it over with.

I was lucky to find a physician who tested my body extensively for antibodies. Since I'm an old guy already, there was not much that needed to be done. I had once hiccup, a dark spot in one of my lungs, which required further investigation, but in the end it was just an expensive annoyance. Bottom line: since even HIV-positive people are allowed to immigrate, it's all about the money, the money, and nothing but the money. Health's got nothing to do with it.

Welcome to America!

Yeah I agree, it's good that we eradicated polio, etc...

Unfortunately the big pharma companies are very corrupt so you can't trust the extra stuff they add to the vaccines. The most disturbing thing found so far has been SV-40, which is a US government developed bioweapon - a virus that causes cancer.

How would this end up in Merck vaccines meant for the public?

I think it would be good for alot of potential emigrants - if we develop a good road map here on visajourney to help them use the waiver to get a religious exemption.

Please search youtube Bill gates depopulation vaccines. I would think that Bill Gates is smart enough to know what he is talking about. So I will let you be the judge. But everybody has the right to choose what they want to put in their body. There is no proof that vaccine cure anything other than it is a big business. Nobody ordered my bride thru the mail. In america we have the right for freedom of choice and the problem with americans is they watch too much tv. TV says do it, they do it. They cant see their own country is crumbling around them. They are so high and mighty but they dont realize this. Many side effects including autism have been linked to vaccines. My fiance doesnt have the measles, polio, mumps and tb. If america is so clean when she comes here, why would she need the shots?

If you want to inject mercury, aluminum, and egg whites into your bloodstream. Be my guest. But Im smart enough to know they dont cure, they only poisoned. If I took vaccine ingredients one by one and put in it in a cup and start selling to you in the street, they will arrest me for attempted murder. But I put it in a needle, they will say I can heal anything. If you want to take vaccines and poison your body, thats your right. But as for me I choose not too. Poisons do not heal, Poisons kill. take care

Well, based on your signature it looks like you had no problems at the k-1 stage as the posters had stated, so it seems you got your answer! Best of luck to you in the future, but taking on the government single-handedly is likely not going to work out for you. I guess we make our own choices.

By the by, if you're looking for people to respect your views, you might consider not being so hostile to theirs. You obviously don't respect the opposing view or the people who hold it. Respect works both ways man.

eh.. well at least we know the religious angle was all a lie.

There is nothing I can say about what i think of your attitude that is not a TOS violation..

I don't think you care about reality and proof you are totally wrong will not matter.... For others that may read what you have written and beleive it to have any shred of truth I hope they will listen to this interview done with bill gates done this year: The link has both the audio and a transcript:

Bill Gates Interview 2011

Listen to why he is spending 10 billion on vaccines, listen to the responses to people who call in with every claim made in the previous two posts and how they are batted down.. Listen to him explain why he is spending millions more to eradicate the last vestiges of polio and worries that people who will not take the vaccines will be responsible for thousands upon thousands of deaths in the future.

I don't believe it.. Prove it to me and I still won't believe it. -Ford Prefect
