did you file the waiver and have it approved or did you just tell the doctors no and they finished ur medical without the shot? What shot was it that you waived.

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.

Yes, you will have problems. You can fight it and get a waiver and the process takes around a year.

I've never seen a vaccination waiver approved on this site (and it's not just the doctor ticking a box, it is a long, expensive and drawn out process to file such a waiver). With a K1, you can probably get the visa without the vaccinations, but you will not be able to do AOS once married without getting the shots.

You need to obtain a formal waiver, which is the lengthy, expensive process Penguin alluded to. That is much different than just not getting vaccines at your medical. I haven't seen an approval of this either. You will either be denied at interview, or you will be allowed to enter US and your AOS will be denied. You will have to appeal the decision and try to get a waiver (costs $$) and will probably be deported in the end if you don't comply.

I am sorry, but we don't need people from third world countries coming and giving our citizens tuberculosis or the measles. Immigration is a privilege, not a right.

its states here in the US embassy Philippines

Vaccination Requirement Waiver

A decision to grant a waiver of the vaccination requirement will only be made at the time an adjustment of status is filed and reviewed by the USCIS.

So, it means it wont be a problem for now since Im still on K1 and technically I am not subject to the vaccination requirement.

Well let us know how it goes at the interview if you get approved with an incomplete medical. Also for the AOS without a waiver and incomplete medical.

6.2.2)....Will I need to take another medical exam since the medical report is only good for one year??

A...If you are a K-1, K-2, K-3 or K-4 visa holder the I-693 instructions state that you are not required to have another medical examination as long as your Form I-485 is filed within one year of your overseas medical examination. Regardless of if you are exempt from a medical exam, you are still required to complete certain portions of the I-693 and have a <a href="https://egov.uscis.gov/crisgwi/go?action=offices.type&OfficeLocator.office_type=CIV">Civil Surgeon certify the form (and seal it in an evelope). Specifically, you will complete Part 1 (Information about you) of the I-693 and provide both the form and your DS-3025 (if you have it, proving your vaccination history) and any proof of required vaccinations that were completed prior to entering the US. If you do not have a copy of your DS-3025 you will need to provide sufficient evidence of your vaccination history to the Civil Surgeon (talk to the civil surgeon's office to discuss what vaccination records they accept as proof). If you do not have proof of your vaccination history the Civil Surgeon may insist on re-administering all the required vaccinations prior to completing the I-693. Once the Civil Surgeon has has verified that all required vaccinations have been performed, they will complete form I-693 Part 2 (the vaccination section) and Part 5 (the Civil Surgeon's Certification). They will then seal the form in an envelope and return it to you.

The only religious grounds I could establish for non-vaccination is avoiding any pig-related products involved in the vector that delivers the vaccine or being pregnant and deferring the vaccine until after delivery. There is regulation for this, though, and it's not acceptable grounds for a waiver. Leading rabbis and imams have laid down very clear rulings on vaccination. Do some research: a simple Google search brought back the site Vaccine Safety ; which links to a ruling by religious leaders.

Seriously, you need to rethink your stance, OP, because you're heading for a post-marriage deportation when your AoS is denied, if they allow you into the US at all. If you love your fiance, you need to start doing some research and find a way to resolve it, rather than being bullish and determined to get your own way. USCIS doesn't bend the rules for anyone, and you won't be the exception. You're potentially going to tie yourself in immigration knots, and cost your fiance a lot of money to keep filing waivers and new visa applications that are destined to fail. This process isn't cheap, but there's no reason to wilfully boost the costs that he'll face.

Have you and your fiance checked into medical insurance and the exclusions that come in the contract? Are you aware of vaccination requirements for any children you may have before they are allowed to enter the education system? Health care in the US is not free and it's far from cheap. The other factor you should consider is if you should transmit any disease that vaccination should mitigate, you can be sued for it. Americans are not scared to take people to court when they believe they have done something wrong. It's always worth remembering that the American values may differ from your own country's values and if you're proposing living here, you need to conform to what is normal here.
