The statements about race in this thread make no sense to me what so ever, but there are only about 200 people (2.5%) in the entire town that are not defined as white. So, yeah, both the victim and attacker were likely white.

I can tell you based on a situation at my school, although not rape, which was an abuse of a black girl by a white boy, where she was shoved against a pole in the cafeteria, which caused her to have to go to emergency for bleeding, and it was completely shoved under the rug by the principal, who is black. This same principal discriminated against a black person because of her disability and this was shoved under a rug by the personnel office. So yes, it does happen to all kinds of people, black, white or other.
