Email is the best option. They can see the email and update the address. In this way, there won't be any chance of making spelling error. The NVC email is: NVCINQUIRY@state.gov

Always put your case number on the subject line. Write down petitioner and beneficiary's name and phone no. NVC will reply you back the the address change update after few days.

Walls1010: The OP was asking about changing address with NVC, not with USCIS. Besides, an AR-11 form must be filled out by anyone including permanent resident of USA, but a US citizen is not required to fill out AR-11. In the context of OP, emailing to NVC about the address change will suffice it.
