You must miss all the documentation about companies that actually don't go anywhere, but just change their corporate hq address to a PO box overseas to avoid US taxes.

What's ironic is that for all the talk of "corporate citizenship", a corporation

can just move their HQ overseas to avoid taxes, while individual US citizens are

taxed on their worldwide income, regardless of where their "HQ address" is.

Well in all honesty there are reciprocal arrangements with some countries to avoid double taxation as well as an exemption limit... what was it? Around the first $85K of annual income?

Money has rights, per the SCOTUS. Less money, fewer rights.

Ain't that a shame. :(
