DAS Authorization for minors * Colombia*

This question is for people who have petitioned colombian spouses/fiances with children. My wife and two kids have the interview next week. I already have the letter of the biological father I sent to NVC. However I know the minors need a letter of authorization to leave the country with specific dates of exit and return. My questions is, since they, hopefully, will have the CR1/IR1 visa, what does the letter for the DAS must say?

If traveling with them

You can doit in colombia Notarias

If they are coming by them self

I did the following

In the spirit Web site they have a Example of authorization for international travel Letter

1) Letter must be in Spanish and English ( I modify the spirit one )

2) Must be notarize

3) Must be apostille

Also they have a Child exit Tax of 154,000 Per Child at the airport

With put the tax im 200 dollars and my wife that travels next Thursday will get the rest next week

I call the DAS person that i used getting my DAS Migratory Certificate and Vj's GURUS on COlombia CLub III
