Ed Schultz used a deceptive edit to misinform his audience about the content of Gov. Rick Perry's speech in Iowa yesterday. Schultz claimed that Gov. Perry was calling President Obama a "black cloud hanging over America" when in fact, the governor was talking about the national debt.

If that was done by a conservative the left would have screamed for this firing. At least you see what you get with Rick Perry. Change back to America First.

In Arizona its hot hot hot.

Maybe you have selective memory recall. You should read up on Andrew Breitbart.

Yes, read about all the butthurt he causes on the left.

He seems to mirror the conservatives in this country...... truth is relative to what you believe, and subject to changes that will reflect those beliefs, whether grounded in reality or delusion. He'll have to pay a pretty penny for his hack job he did on Shirly Sherrod. I bet you are a huge fan of "investigative journalists" like James O'Keefe.

And yet you have reading comprehension fail.

Not at all, the verbiage of the Constitution is very clear:

The President, Vice President and all civil Officers of the United States, shall be removed from Office on Impeachment for, and Conviction of, Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors.

Now you tell me which of these definitions a lack of popularity falls into. Come on, old man, square that circle.

Those are all high crimes. Crimes against the State. And High Misdemeanors. Behaviors demeaning the office or reputation of the State. Congress decides what those are, for instance, submitting to a foreign leader would be a high misdemeanor.

Lack of popularity? Also a high crime if Congress so chooses? Grabbing for straws already?

Andrew Johnson was impeached for firing the Secretary of War.

Not for the firing but for his breaking the law - the Tenure of Office Act, specifically. That's certainly not the same as a mere lack of popularity.

See if you can find better straws to grab.

What's so surprising. The Impeachment was based on Johnson's "breaking the law" - the Tenure of Office Act, to be precise.

It was not based on a lack of popularity. You still owe me the precendent for that. Keep looking old man. ;)
