Hello guys, i just wanna ask if we need to get a clearance from the court where my fiance got arrested for driving without license way back 2005 to show in the embassy just in case our NOA2 get approved. I need some advice please so we can get it soon cause I already inquire about it and it takes almost 2 months to get a clearance. Does it happen to anybody ????

K-1 VISA APPLICATION

June 13, 2011 - Application send to USCIS thru Fedex

June 17, 2011 - I-129F Packet received by USCIS Signed for by: JCATES

June 22, 2011 - NOA1 (via email)

Oct. 12, 2011 - NOA2 (on USCIS website)

Nov. 28, 2011 - VISA APPROVED . Thank you Lord!!!

According to IMBRA, as long as he has no violent criminal records or not convicted with a felony, it will be okay.
