I am having thoughts of giving up, My husband said he mailed our Affidavit of Support last July first week. I keep calling and emailing the NVC before and after the 20 business days. I still get same results. I still havent got a sign in failed. or SIF. Nothing. Now my concerns are is this normail for them to haven close are case after 28 businness days? what do i expect? i love my husband more than anything but it seems his not telling me the truth about this. Cause if it was sent on first week of July then case should have been closed already. I have been paranoid and upset about this. But i cant stand not talking to him and not telling sweet and bitter words to him.

This process has been heart breaking.

all the visa processes around here are tough, all cr1 and k1 involved get depressed at one time. why arent u trusting ur husband? marriage is based on love and trust u know. giving up means ur weak. ull hurt him, think about that

We passed our AOS and IV Packet on July 5 and our case was completed on July 26.

Sis never give up...Just Keep on praying and everything will be alright....Try to figure this out..My Hubby sent His petition last Aug2010 and our petition has been approved and forwarded last feb.2011 so means it is already 6 months since he sent the petition we almost give up but we never does..and i got my appointment letter last june2011 and got my interview last aug 2011...it took 1 year for us to have my visa...SO never say no sis keep on waiting...Patience and perseverance is more needed in the case...Goodluck and God Bless You
