It's so hard for me figure out those poverty lines! So if we take 2 persons in Family Unit (me and him right?) it'll make $14,710, then we multiply by 1.25 and get $18,375, is that right?

My fiance got a new job after graduating from school in May and it's ending in September (seasonal), will it work if in the employer letter the ending date wont b mentioned? Just his position of a manager, length of employment and the current income?

I dont want to get the petition denied :(

Please advise if we should look for a joint sponsor and whatever else we can do! :huh2:

Yes. you won't get approved without sufficient income at the time of interview. If your fiance will be unemployed at the time, get a co-sponsor.

At the time of his interview (USCIS/NVC?) or mine at the embassy?

But will that still do just for the submitting the petition?

Although its prolly better to have a back-up right away, what does his dad need to fill out/present as a co-sponsor?

You do not provide any information about income with the I-129F petition. The petitioner will provide an I-134 and supporting financial documents later when the beneficiary goes for a visa interview at the consulate in their country.

There are NO income requirements for an I-129f petition to b approved. The income requirements occur at the time of the visa interview and for the AOS after arrival to qualify for a green card. The income guidelines are here at this website under "I-864P"

He (USC) does not have an interview. It will occur at your interview and you do not submit it with the petition

If you need a co-sponsor, his father would also fill out and attach documentation to an I-134 and give it to you at the time of the interview.
