hello everyone..can anyone here help me i just apply the removal of conditions and soon will be biometrics ,i have a baby, me and my baby is going out of the country(US) upon receiving my GC oh btw my baby is a US citizen.need ur help guys for some reason i apply as many as colleges and university here in cali but i cant get in the subjects coz its always full and i wonder if i go back in philippines and finish my degree there coz u know i am in my 3rd yr nursing already before i came here so basically i didnt finish it and i want to contnue and finish it.

me and my hubby already talk about the situation...my question is:

1. if we stay like 2 yrs straight in philippines what we are going to file to USCIS

2. do i need to file dual citizen for my baby coz he is US citizen

3. and for me what any documents need to submit at the USCIS aside form the removal of condition?

4. or what if we stay there before less than a year do i need to file a dual citizen for my baby or not?

please guys i really need your help here.thanks in advance
