Hello, Im going crazy, cause I was so excited to recieved this I797C notice of action stating that USIS has recieved my application for I-129F. BUT , I keep trying to access further information on the CASE STATUS of USIS page. but it keeps saying that " Your case can not be found at this time in My Case Status. Please check your receipt number and try again. If you need further assistance, please call the National Customer Service Center at 1.800.375.5283."

This has been since July 21, 2011, already a month, and when i call that phone number its a recording that keeps looping, I never talk to a real person. PLEASE ADVISE, Im going crazy, I want to see some advancement in my case. R

Sometimes, your case just doesn't show up. Don't worry about it.

The important thing is that you got your NOA1. You won't hear anything for a few more months.

that website is not very accurate. My wife had her green card for several months and the site still said "it is under review". Go figure. This process can take some time, so as long as you have your NOA, your fine.
