Thanks for the well wishes guys, I wish everyone the best and get that interview soon. For both my Wife and Grandother, I created the e-mail accounts and have fill access too, so I have both e-mail from NVC regarding the interview. My Grandmother's case needed some documents and I have already mailed them to my grandmother, so she can have them at the interview time and for my wife, all the paperwork looks good, nothing needed.

My question was will the Embassy be contacting my wife and grandmother regarding the Interview or do I need to send out the message to both of my relatives? Regarding the Medcial Test and all that information, will my wife and grandmother get that information from Esbassy?

These emails are the informations. ask them to get the medicals done and go to the interview in time. Also they may need to submit the documents needed for your grandmother at VFS, where the courier fee also need to be paid. Please check that email - there may be instructions.

Under VJ, go to top menu and click on tab "Immigration Timelines" and then click on "IR1/CR1 Visa Timelines [Full]", which is under "Visa Timelines & Stats:". Then sort the report on column "Interview". You can use different sort criteria to get different reports and also use "Country" option to get reports pertaing to a particular country......

Thanks for the direction

We got our appt. 10 days after case complete. The email was dated on 8/12/11 but we received it on 8/13/11 which was a Saturday; we weren't expecting to get anything over the weekend so it was a very pleasant surprise.

The operators told me that they do the scheduling during the second week of the month but who knows. I think the operators are pretty worthless, not as worthless as the AVR though :P .

Good luck!!

Yaaay! After only one week since my AOS and IV was delivered to NVC our case was completed yesterday. I am now waiting for a meeting to be scheduled in Sweden. Although, I did get the same answear as a lot of other people "September is full, call back second week and we will schedule your interview date in october" I was waiting 35 days to get a case number, 10 days for paying bills, only 7 days for approved papers and now this. Feeling very happy that our case is approved, but Im praying for a scheduled interview date soon. Hoping that his "schedule meeting in the end of the month" is just a fake.. What do you think?

Congrats and welcome to out world. We are of the opinion that NVC schedules interviews regularly but to keep you off from bugging them, they give you this second week stuff - remember they used to say that it will take 6 - 8 weeks to process the documents but they processed the documents in your case in 7 days.

Call them every Friday and you may have your interview date by this month-end - I am going to do the same but will call this Friday and I am expecting an interview date by next Friday.
