I noticed in this thread that some of you guys that were assigned October interviews started getting your interview dates on August 25th.It is the end of September and nothing for us yet. Have you guys seen anyone get a November interview recently?

Based on our experience, I guess that you will hear on the Monday/ Tuesday of the second week of October.

USA

01/08/13 - Approved and GC is order for production on 1/8/14

09/12/13 - Case transferred to CSC. NOA2 received on 09/18/13

08/30/13 - Biometrics Done - No walk ins allowed at this LSC (received on 8/16/13).

08/05/13 - NOA1 (received on 08/10/13)

08/01/13 - Mailed I-751 (received on 8/2/13 - check cashed on 8/5/13)

12/28/11 - Received SSN (applied on 12/20/11, as we didn't get based on DS-230 options)
11/28/11 - Received Green Card (Expires on 10/30/13) - Welcome Letter on 11/17/11
10/30/11 - POE - Houston, TX

Chennai Consulate (40 days)
10/28/11 - Received Visa papers and Passport at VFS
10/25/11 - Interview Cleared Successfully (Spouse was not allowed in)

NVC: (90 days from NOA2 to Consulate)
08/31/11 - Case Completed (Interview 10/25/11) - Received at Chennai on 09/19/11
07/22/11 - NVC Case Number

USCIS: (92 days)

6/21/11 - NOA2 (NOA1 on 3/25/11) - took a month to get to NVC
3/21/11 - I-130 sent to USCIS Lockbox, Chicago.

More details: I knew it was closed before it was in the NVC computer since I saw it on the DHL website the day the packet was shipped, and then less than 24 hours later it was delivered to the consul

we are on our third week since cc and 2 more weeks seems like the end of the world for me

I am loosing my patience which has been test before in this process. :)

The letters seem to come in the evening and even the early morning (like 1 or 2 in the morning).. No problem! Get the hotels and flights booked this weekend and monday get the appointments for medical set..

Love being able to finally plan the end game.. :)

Excellent! I've already booked my flight down - and the two one ways from Vegas to home.. Just have to get the two one-ways from Bogota to Vegas at some point :) Wow I wish you were a few days sooner for the interview.... We plan on being in Vegas 19/20/21 .. Would have been fun to meet up at one of the dance clubs and do a "finally home" celebration with the spouses :)

But hey! Home for thanksgiving!! sweet sweet sweet!

I am sooooo glad we found out before the weekend started!

Thanks for sharing the info. Got informed by NVC that my CC was on 29 Sep. No email and interview date yet from NVC. Did tracking and found one that was picked up by DHL from NVC on 30 Sep. Could this possibly be mine? Your thoughts would be greatly appreciated.
