Just wanted to share a good news with you guys.

I talked to the operator and got my interview date October 18th at 8a.m.

I am extremely happy!!!!!!!! I wish everybody receive their interview dates soon!!!!

March 9th - 2011 Oath ceremony

March 9th - 2011 Mailed I-130 for my Mother

June 16th - 2011 I-130 approved

July 15th - 2011 case arrived in NVC

July 25th - 2011 case number assigned, AOS paid on-line, choice of agent mailed

July 27th - 2011 AOS showed as paid, AOS package mailed by overnight mail, choice of agent approved

July 28th - 2011 AOS package delivered to NVC

July 29th - 2011 IV fees paid on-line

August 1 - 2011 IV package mailed by overnight mail

August 2 - 2011 IV package delivered to NVC

August 8 - 2011 AOS package accepted

August 10 - 2011 IV package received by NVC

August 16 - 2011 IV package reviewed, death certificate is not original, talked to supervisor to bring documents for closer review

August 21 - 2011- SIF Case completed

August 29 2011- Interview date received from operator October 18th.

Just received another RFE e-mail for the passport pcc. This is the third time I received it. I called NVC to make sure case is still closed and awaiting interview date. It's still closed. I also checked if interview date has been assigned and still it has not be assigned yet.

Dave, i also received my second false RFE about the PCC. I called the NVC and told operator about that. Also, i can still sign into the payment portal and i am not getting SIF. But operator told me that your case is completed and not re-opened. I am going to call again in the evening as the operator i spoke with was very f'ing rude.

i havent recieved an RFE again for the PCC and after you mentioned i also tried to loginto the system i am able to .I used to get SIF earlier.but same is the case with my daugter she did not get an RFE for PCC as she dosent require one .

So looks to me it is that NVC is trying to do something maybe scheduling our interview ...just hoping
