More details: I knew it was closed before it was in the NVC computer since I saw it on the DHL website the day the packet was shipped, and then less than 24 hours later it was delivered to the consul

I hope your theory is right! I would love an early October interview. I still can't believe I missed a September interview for Tunis. It doesn't seem like it could be that busy. Your theory would put our interview on October 7th. That would be such a dream come true!! I've checked the only case for Tunisia with a 2011 interview on VJ. The case was completed on Mar 14th and they received notice of their interview on Mar 29th for a May 2nd interview. Apparently they missed the April interview dates just like we missed the September interview dates. Their interview date was 49 days from the time their case was complete. This gives me hope!! May we all be that lucky!!!

His theory is for Consulates in India, which look like is very close to Tunisia. All the best.
