Okay so the last few interview jitters are setting in, and I was wondering if somebody would mind checking over these points to make sure we are in line so to speak?

1. Affidavit of Support - completed with previous submitted visa petitions being noted as me (current K1 applicant), question about intending to make specific contributions to me noted as N/A (K1 visa in process for permanent residency), and finally only financial situations referenced on the actual form is my fiance's annual income because that is above the required threshold - we did not note down that he owns a property (our house) as we were already above the threshold and wanted to keep it as simple as possible - Does anyone know if it is likely not disclosing our/his mortgage could be detrimental to us at the interview stage?

2. Do we need a sworn statement by my fiance as a supplement to the Affidavit and the evidence. If so how would this go/appear?

3. Lastly, we have a letter from his employer stating his annual income and permanency at his job, his last 2 pay stubs, his last 2 W-2 and Earnings summaries, and lastly his most recent tax transcripts sent from the IRS - do we need any of this notorized?

Thanks for taking the time to read and help with this - Just wanna make sure nothing slips through the cracks after months of careful planning! (We all know that feeling, right?)

A great day to everyone! :)

I have no clue what you're saying in bolded part above. You need a new recent I-134.

The rest of what you're asking I addressed recently here. Maybe it will help. http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/323011-i134-help/page__view__findpost__p__4826983

Oh sorry that was not clear - I meant that the part of the form that asked my fiance if he had ever filed for a sponsor to come over to the USA, we noted me down and our current K1 process.

Has anyone included a sworn statement, highlighting that the fiance is an american citizen? I noticed that on the Embassy website there was a paragraph about that?

If income is enough, then assets or the mortgage are not needed. Don't even list the house. Not needed

No additional sworn statement. If you look at the form, the sworn statement is written in at the end where he signs.

3. Lastly, we have a letter from his employer stating his annual income and permanency at his job, his last 2 pay stubs, his last 2 W-2 and Earnings summaries, and lastly his most recent tax transcripts sent from the IRS - do we need any of this notorized?

No notarization. I'm positive.

You can do that if you want. The point of that question however is to determine if the sponsor is already on the hook for other immigrants from a previous sponsorship. They would be counted in his household size as well as you the named immigrant on this current I-134.

If you are referring to this page http://london.usembassy.gov/faffidavit.html they suggest the I-134 but go on to explain in long detail how a sponsor can write a DIY affidavit of support if they don't want to fill out an I-134. It lists all the things to include and it's much more complicated than filling out the I-134. You would include a statement in a DIY affidavit, but using the form covers all that. They also know the fiance is American because they have the I-129F petition file which includes his birth certificate or other document proving citizenship. Otherwise he couldn't have filed for a fiance and had it approved.
