We pay about $5 a month for Fox soccer channel, and it comes with a few other sports stations such as NFL Red Zone, but Fox Soccer plus is an additional fee just for 1 channel. My husband watches all the games online.

Fox soccer is pretty good, even though I refuse to refer to it as Fox Soccer ;-) It has the UK commentators too, so no ####### Lalas noninsight.

I love the way in the early games I can wake up and turn on the tele, watch the game and roll out of bed and still have the whole day ahead. Second only to being at the game.

You can watch more games live here than in England. Also he might want to find a good bar that shows live games or even see if he can find a local branch of his clubs suporters club. I'm fortunate to be in NYC and I see nearly every game live either at home or the bar with like minded individuls.

Personally I got Fox Soccer and think their coverage is well worth it. I can also head over to NYC or Mulligans in Hoboken if I feel really social early in the am.
