im not sure what forms to fill out for my fiance and baby... do i fill out i-864ez or i-864?

one more question is 35,000 a year above the 125% poverty line for us? so we are a household of 3 right? please help

You'd be filing out the I-134 since you're going for a fiance visa.

On 35,000 a year, you do pass the poverty line just fine: http://aspe.hhs.gov/poverty/11poverty.shtml . 3 person household is $18,350. And yes if just you guys (no kids you need to support or others dependent on you etc), you would be considered a household of 3.

Right, I-864 would be for AOS (greencard).

so what my fiance needs from me is NOA1, NOA2, I134, Employment letter, income tax, W2. Pay stubs, Bank statements... am i missing anything?

Your fiance won't require bank statements. Bank statements are used if you are using assets to make up the shortfall of your income with assets.

Generally what is needed (note that this is not specific to the Philippines):

* Letter from your employer stating your salary and how long you've been employed and full time? part time? hours per week?

* Recent pay stubs

* 1040 and W2s OR Tax Transcripts (they're free! Order them)
