After 10 business days from my interview, my visa packet finally arrived!

VJ has been a very big help in our journey. Many thanks to all! Hope you guys get to this stage soon!

Here's a picture of the cut on the yellow envelope everyone's always talking/worrying about.

Awesome, keep the packet safe like a baby.

In Arizona its hot hot hot.

whats the exact link to track it on 2go because there are several tracking options on there? Which option to choose? how did u enter the case number what format? did you use "etrace" ?

thanks!

The transaction date indicated on the 2go site for my packet was 8-15-2011. I got it the next day.

The 2GO online E-Trace tracking is not reliable even if you will use your case number based on our experience.

I kept on checking the status of the delivery of my parents visa through 2GO Online tracking using this link: http://www.2go.com.p...trace/index.asp

It kept on saying "Reference ID MNL2011XXXXXX is invalid".

My brother called customer service (+632) 528-7136) and surprisingly the rep told him that the visa is now ready for pick up at SM Manila. Angry and happy at the same time! So I guess it is better to call than verifying it online. The rep can also give you a tracking number, in our case A0042XXXF, I entered this number in the online E-Trace and it did show the details and status of the visa. But still nothing if I will enter the case number.; I hope this helps.
