Hi there,,, last july 26 we filed our i130 at us embassy in manila. And it is exactly 3 weeks now,,and still didn't heared anything from them. Waiting is so frustating. I just hope that i will recieve a notice within this week... :crying:

I know it can be frustrating to wait. It just seems like you keep sending these embassies tons of things and you get back very little. ;-) I'll keep my fingers crossed it goes well for you!

Thank you! I just hope everything would be fine,,,we keep sending them an email but no response,,we both worried now,,as i read a lot of people who have done dcf had their application approved in 2 to 3 weeks,,, :(

Our reply was snail-mailed so it took about hmmmmm 2-3 weeks to do the background check (done on the USC petitioner I believe) and 2 weeks for the packet III to come in the mail (at least it was dated 2 weeks before we received it).

SO - your packet III should come in any day now

Don't worry. My wife and I filed our petition at the US Embassy in Manila on June 2, 2011. It was only approved on August 3, 2011. And my wife received the approval letter 1 week after. So it should take about 2-3 months. Be patient, you'll get it.

I still haven't heard and I filed in April. Sometimes they just take a long time :(

07-06-2003 - Started Dating

04-21-2009 - Got Engaged

04-24-2010 - Got Married

04-20-2011 - Filed I-130 at Amsterdam

05-20-2011 - Our I-130 was sent to Frankfurt for further processing

05-20-2011 - Waiting

06-20-2011 - Waiting

07-20-2011 - Waiting

08-20-2011 - Waiting...

09-17-2011 - Received request for further evidence

10-04-2011 - Evidence received by Frankfurt

Hi, i just wanna ask if you guys received NOA1 before the approval. My husband filed our application two months ago, we're still waiting, we haven't received anything from USCIS, not even NOA1.

July 26, 2011 - Filed at the US embassy (DCF)

October 12, 2011 - NOA2

October 14, 2011 - Case number and Packet 3 received

October 25, 2011 - Interview appoinment confirmed

November 15-16, 2011 - Medical Exam, passed

November 25, 2011 - Interview, visa approved

AND HE CAME HERE TO STUDY A 4 YEAR COURSE AND WILL BE GRADUATING NXT YEAR. WE GOT MARRIED LAST JANUARY 8 THIS YEAR AND GOT 1 DAUGHTER. ARE WE QUALIFIED? HE CANT GO BACK THEIR IN USA COZ OF HIS STUDIES THAT'S WHY WE PLAN TO FILE DCF. WHAT SHOULD WE DO? PLS I JUST NEED UR HELP. THANK U SO MUCH

Hi, As far as i know you can apply for DCF. since your husband been living here in the philippines for quite long now. same withe me. my husband been living here for 3 years now and we went to US embassy and the guy there said that we can apply for direct filing since my husband is working and living here.
