Jazz -- you should call the NVC and directly ask them if your case is in AP. If its not in AP, there should be some sort of explanation as to why it has not been assigned a number yet. If they don't give you an answer, you should contact your congressman/woman. Don't let them shove you around without an explanation...all I can think of is that you're in AP :-/

well i already contact to Congresswomen i send her copy of NOA2 & Personal Letter has my sign on it..

its like 2 weeks ago i have not hear anything from her.

It took me 31 days for my case number to be assigned! I still haven't heard from them since either so I hope your NVC experience goes faster and better than mine! GOOD LUCK!

Im still waiting on my NVC case#. My NOA2 was approved 7/06/11, I received NOA2 hardcopy on 7/12/11. Still waiting for case number. I call them twice a day. I think they know me by now heheheh. I hope tomorrow is the day for me. Good luck!

We were approved on 27 July out of VSC. Still waiting as well. How do you know that your case has been received by NVC? Is it something you have to ask an operator to find out? All we are hearing from the AVR is that they don't have a record of our case. Going to start talking to an operator on Wednesday when we hit 15 business days.

Ours took 18 days to reach the NVC: June 6th to June 24th, 2011 It seemed like forever but now waiting for the NVC to process our DS-230 and I-864 seems worse and it's only been a week! hahahaha

This is too much. You must ask for a supervisor and talk to him and push hard to get your NVC Case #.

Talk now. After 15 business days, send a copy of your NOA2 to nvcresearch@state.gov asking them to research your case.

Did you email a copy of your NOA2 to nvcresearch@state.gov requesting them to research your case? If not do it ASAP.

My forms went thru CSC got my noa1 approved within 67 days of filing and NVC told me today they received my packet and is sending it this week!

Only took 6 days.

Maybe u should talk to a supervisor or something????

NVC plays no part in K1 interview scheduling. It's done on the Embassy/Consulate end, how it's done varies from country to country.

We got our NOA2 on last 5 august, my fiance called NVC yesterday, 15 august and they gave him our case number. Good luck to you!
