Name change before AOS

Hi,

Should my usc fiance change her name after we get married before I apply for the AOS? I am trying to prepare the forms ready to send as soon as we are married but wehn it asks for her name what should I put? All the K! stuff was done under her maiden name and the name change takes a while but I need to have my EAD as soon as possible so I can help with the rent. Should we hold off changing her name until after everyhing is approved or just change it now and use it on all the aos forms? Just had a thought, all her supporting evidence will be in her maiden name?

That is what I did. Got my ssn and drivers in my new name, submitted the AOS in my new name.

What about your passport? It's such a pain to change it also. ...Or you can get AP for new name and still travel with old passport ?

start using your married name. use that name in your aos application
